IF YOU ARE ATTENDING THE NBAA ANNUAL MEETING AND CONVENTION IN ORLANO ON OCTOBER 30, 2012, PLEASE TAKE NOTE OF THE FOLLOWING:

The IS-BAO Process; “The Gold Standard” will be presented @ 2:30 PM until 4:00 PM, at the Orange County Convention Center.  Sonnie Bates, IS-BAO Manager of Operations and John Sheehan, IS-BAO Audit Manger will facilitate a panel discussion from three IS-BAO registered operators as to the steps necessary and the inherent benefits of becoming an IS-BAO registered operation.  This is a must attend for all those who are curious about IS-BAO as well as those who are currently participating in the development of IS-BAO and their respective Safety Management Systems.  Following the presentations there will be ample time for questions and answers.  You are most welcome.

Kurt Edwards has been appointed as the new IBAC Director General, effective the beginning of September. Mr. Edwards replaces Don Spruston who last year announced his intent to step down as soon as a replacement was found. See the Press Release here.
